Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the FINLINKS merchant portal at portal.finlinks.io, operated by FinLinks Technology Ltd.

Creating an account requires a business name, email address, and password, plus acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy. FinLinks assigns the merchant ID. You are responsible for keeping the password, email inbox, authenticator app, and backup codes under your control.

The portal is used to create USDC invoices, review balances and ledger entries, and request payouts. Wallet signing stays on your device through the Transaction PIN or passkey flow. FinLinks does not receive your wallet private key.

Settlement features currently run on Base Sepolia. Do not treat testnet balances as production funds. Invoices, payouts, and refunds remain subject to the checks returned by the FinLinks service.

You may close the session at any time from Sign out. FinLinks may suspend an account that is unused, compromised, or used in conflict with these terms.
